? Hipparchia geyeri (Herrich-Schäffer, [1846])
Name in Tolman & Lewington (1997): Pseudochazara geyeri
Range: W Balkan Peninsula (NW Greece, Albania, Republic of Macedonia), Asiatic Turkey.
The two Bulgarian records (Slivov & Abadjiev 1999c) are based on three specimens in the collection of the Institute of Zoology - Sofia with label data "Alibotush, 1100 ì, 6.8.[19]80", "Belasitsa, 26-29.06.[19]81" and "Belasitsa, 1-5.07.[19]80". These localities are however doubtful and require confirmation (Kolev 2002a).
